Morgan West joined Waycross Partners in 2026 and is responsible for business development at Waycross Partners, with a focus on the automotive retail and dealer services markets. He works with agents, administrators, and dealer groups to develop relationships and introduce Waycross’s capabilities to prospective clients.
Prior to joining Waycross, Morgan served as Vice President of Business Development at DKP Administration, where he led agent channel development and supported growth through new agency and dealer partnerships. He previously held roles with Protective Asset Protection and Jim Moran & Associates, focusing on relationship development and market expansion.
Morgan’s experience includes dealership operations, F&I product distribution, dealer-owned warranty companies (DOWC), and reinsurance structures, providing a practical understanding of dealer economics and capital formation.
