Kathleen joined Waycross Partners in the summer of 2022 as a Marketing & Client Service Associate. Kathleen began her career as an OTC assistant market maker. She quickly worked her way up to Managing Director at NASDAQ, responsible for sales and execution services for large broker-dealers and institutional clients. Kathleen brings her enthusiasm and experience in sales, client service, execution services, and sell-side product strategy to Waycross.
After having children, Kathleen obtained a Nursing Degree from the University of North Florida and worked as a school nurse, where she received Employee of the Year honors. Kathleen holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Lehigh University, where she was captain of the women’s field hockey team. Kathleen enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle with her three kids in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.
