Guy joined Waycross Partners in 2023 and is a senior relationship manager, working with institutional pension funds and consultants across the country. Guy retired in 2022 after serving the city of Lincoln for over 30 years with Lincoln Fire and Rescue. He is the current Chairman of the Lincoln Police and Fire Pension fund and has been a trustee for 14 years. Guy is on his second Presidential appointment to the Advisory Committee for the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation (PBGC), which cares for over 34 million Americans. Pension systems, institutions, family offices, and consultants worldwide recognize Mr. Pinkman as a subject matter expert in pensions, including funding status, policy, fiduciary responsibility, and numerous other subjects. Mr. Pinkman holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising and Applied Communications with minors in economics and marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
