Chris joined Waycross Partners in 2021 as Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Marketing & Communications. He also currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the firm’s business operations. He brings more than two decades of experience across marketing, operations, supervisory principal responsibilities, and business development. In his roles, Chris leads and manages the firm’s marketing, compliance, business development, and operational initiatives, supporting the firm’s strategic growth and day-to-day execution. Prior to joining Waycross, Chris served as a Marketing, Sales, and Client Service Manager at Sawgrass Asset Management, where he was responsible for a broad range of sales, marketing, and client service initiatives, including content development, thought leadership, marketing collateral, and competitive analysis. Before Sawgrass, he spent twenty years with Deutsche Asset Management (DWS), Jennison Associates LLC, and J.P. Morgan Chase, building deep expertise across global asset management organizations. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stony Brook University. He is personally involved with the Protential Foundation of Jacksonville, where he serves as an Advisory Board Member, and is also the Board President of Jacksonville FC, a youth soccer organization. Chris resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, and enjoys traveling, playing golf, and his passion for Sports.
