Matt is the Chairman of the Board at Waycross Partners and works closely with the Institutional Marketing team. Before joining Waycross, Matt was the Founder and CEO of Integrity Asset Management. Prior to Integrity, he worked with Ben Thomas and John Ferreby at National Asset Management and Invesco as Principal and Director of Product Management. After serving our nation as an active duty officer in the US Army, Matt began his civilian career as an investment consultant at SEI Corporation followed by time as Vice President and Account Manager with Putnam Investments. Matt has participated in numerous, off the beaten path adventures such as skydiving, bungee-jumping, riding his bicycle across the United States, running with the bulls in Pamplona and visiting more than 50 countries around the world. He is the father of 10 children, five of whom he adopted, and he currently resides in Louisville KY.
