When Ben Thomas left his position as portfolio manager at a large global investment firm in 2005, he wanted to create a firm with a results-driven culture that better aligned with the needs of clients. 

Among some of Waycross’s first clients were auto dealerships and the families that owned them. Over the years, we have learned more about the distinct needs of dealership clients and how we can serve them best, but our core operating philosophy remains the same: focused on clients and driven by results.

After more than 15 years, Waycross Partners remains an independently owned investment firm. This allows us to provide the focus, flexibility and responsiveness clients should expect from their investment team.
